Managing people: Key Processes
This course has been designed to support you in your role as a new manager and builds on the real experiences of Oxford University staff. It outlines the key aspects of a new manager’s work in terms of the key processes managers undertake and support, such as induction, probation and development. The course is modular, so you can either study every module in turn, or simply choose those that are most appropriate to your current needs.
This course is for:
- Those who are new to management, or new to management at Oxford.
The focus is on understanding not only the processes, but the reasons for having them and on how to carry them out well.
